The Law Enforcement Action Partnership (LEAP)is a national nonprofit of current and former law enforcement professionals who advocate for smart, compassionate public safety solutions. LEAP works with cities to implement community responder programs and promote alternatives to arrest and incarceration, focusing on addressing root causes of crime and strengtheningpolice-communitytrust.
