Criminal Justice Reform
Peace For DCis committed to ending gun violence in DC by building up the community violence intervention workforce which forms the backbone of DC's alternative system of public safety. They are focused on systems change to heal trauma, transform the lives of those at highest risk of violence, and build coordinated, evidence-based community-led strategies for peace in DC. They work with and for individuals and organizations who serve as the change agents best positioned to reduce community violence by reaching the individuals driving the violence.

NFL Funding Supports:
- The expansion of theHEAL DCprogram, an intensive neighborhood-based transformation program designed for individualswho are at highest risk of beingimpactedby gun violence.
- Serving an increased number of individuals and deepening therapeutic and career readiness services through the HEAL DC program to meet high demand in specific neighborhoods.
