49ers import O-line help; trade for center Nick Easton

The San Francisco 49ers have traded for additional depth along their offensive line.

The Ravensannounced on Saturday they have traded rookie center Nick Easton to the 49ers for a conditional seventh-round pick in the 2016 draft.

Center is a problem spot for Jim Tomsula's team. Last year's starter, Daniel Kilgore, is on the PUP list as he recovers from ankle surgery. Other center options on the roster include Marcus Martin and Dillon Farrell. Easton is a Harvard grad who was first-team All-Ivy League in 2014.

This marks the second time the Niners have traded for offensive line help in recent weeks. Last month, San Francisco traded tight end Asante Cleveland to the Patriots in exchange for Jordan Devey.
