The Indianapolis Colts are seeking their first victory in 10 tries this season, but they'll have to do it without Joseph Addai.
The Colts' starting running back will not dress Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars as he continues to deal with the effects of a strained hamstring.
Addai had been active the previous two weeks, but he didn't have a carry in either game. He has rushed the ball just twice over the past four weeks because of the injury.
Donald Brown will make his first start of the season for the Colts in Addai's place. Brown leapfrogged Delone Carter, who has fumbled in each of the past two games.
Colts tight end Dallas Clark is out with a left leg injury, and Jacob Tamme will start for him.
On the Jaguars' side, the team will be without the services of Terrance Knighton for the first time since 2008.
The defensive tackle is inactive for Sunday's game with an ankle injury. It's the first missed game of his career, snapping a streak of 40 consecutive starts.
C.J. Mosley will start for Knighton, who's affectionately known as "Pot Roast" by teammates.
Jaguars defensive end Aaron Kampman is out with a hamstring injury, and Matt Roth will start for him. Left guard Eben Britton (back) is out, and Will Rackley will fill that slot.
