Gay former NFL player talks about how coaches need to prepare

NFL Media chief health and safety correspondent Andrea Kremer talked with former NFL defensive back Wade Davis.

Davis recently met with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell about the issues the NFL faces with accepting the league's first openly gay prospect, Michael Sam.

Agreeing and directly addressing acceptance of players with different sexual orientations are two different things facing NFL coaches, Davis told Kremer.
