Nineteen things to know about Week 11 injury report

The Eagles are down another man.

Already facing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers without quarterback Sam Bradford, the team will be without running back Ryan Mathews due to a concussion, the team announced. Left tackle Jason Peters (back) is also questionable.

Averaging 5.7 yards per carry on the year, Mathews has been the Eagles' most reliable of the team's three-headed running back committee that also features DeMarco Murray and Darren Sproles. With Mark Sanchez starting in lieu of Bradford, Mathews would have been valuable in the screen game as a safety valve. Instead, Murray and Sproles will get an increased workload. Kenjon Barner will also see his first carries since 2013, Rapoport reported.

1. Packers running back Eddie Lacy (groin) was listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Vikings. Coach Mike McCarthy expressed optimism following Lacy's Thursday practice session that he would play. McCarthy said Wednesday that James Starks would get the team's first series and Lacy would get the second, seeing how it goes from there. Getting the running game going would be a huge step towards stopping their current three-game skid.

Aaron Rodgers (shoulder) is listed as probable after McCarthy said Thursday has had "no concern" about his quarterback's availability.

2. Titans jack-of-all-trades Dexter McCluster is believed to have suffered a knee sprain during Thursday's loss to the Jaguars, though he will undergo more tests, according to NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport. He could miss time but the injury isn't believed to be major.

3. Panthers cornerback Charles Tillman (knee) and wideout Philly Brown (shoulder) did not practice and both are listed as doubful for Sunday's contest versus the Redskins. Rookie Devin Funchess is set to take over for Brown if he can't go, according to NFL Media's Albert Breer.

4. Quarterback Peyton Manning (plantar fasciitis) and pass rusher DeMarcus Ware (back) didn't travel with the Broncos to Chicago as they try to get healthy. Wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders (finger) was back at practice but is officially questionable for Sunday's tilt against the Bears. Defensive linemen Antonio Smith (hip) and Vance Walker (shoulder) were both sidelined and are also questionable.

5. Buccaneers wideout Vincent Jackson (knee) was back at practice a second-straight day. Jackson and Austin Seferian-Jenkins (shoulder) were limited in practice and both are questionable for Sunday's game.

6. Texans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins (knee) practiced and is set to play Sunday as expected. Brian Hoyer (concussion) didn't practice but was in attendance. He was ruled out. Cornerback Kareem Jackson (ankle) is out for Sunday, coach Bill O'Brien said.

7. Jets quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick (thumb) will play, according to coach Todd Bowles. Cornerback Buster Skrine (shoulder/hand) and defensive tackle Sheldon Richardson (hamstring) are both questionable. Safety Dion Bailey (ankle) is out.

8. Bears running back Matt Forte, wide receiver Alshon Jeffery (groin/shoulder), Pernell McPhee (knee/wrist) and linebacker Shea McClellin (knee) are all questionable for Sunday against the Broncos.

9. Bills defensive tackle Kyle Williams (knee) and cornerback Leodis McKelvin (illness) did not participate in Friday's practice. Running back Karlos Williams (illness) and guard Richie Incognito (shoulder) participated in a limited capacity.

10. Chargers tight ends Antonio Gates (knee/hip) and Ladarius Green (ankle) were at practice Friday. Gates is probable while Green is questionable. Wide receiver Malcom Floyd (shoulder) and D.J. Fluker (concussion) both did not practice. Floyd is out and Fluker is questionable.

11. Cowboys linebacker Sean Lee says he has no symptoms since sustaining a concussion on Nov. 8 and is ready to go, according to the team.

12. Bengals cornerback Adam Jones is doubtful with a foot injury.

13. Redskins safety Trenton Robinson won't play against the Panthers because of a hamstring injury. Linebacker Keenan Robinson (neck/shoulder) and defensive tackle Terrance Knighton (migraine) are both questionable.

14. San Francisco 49ers running back Carlos Hyde (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Seahawks, the team announced. Wide receiver Anquan Boldin (hamstring) is questionable.

15. Cardinals guard Mike Iupati (neck, concussion) will play on Sunday, the team reported.

Guard Jonathan Cooper (knee) is listed as questionable. Wideouts John Brown and Michael Floyd are questionable.

16. Vikings running back Adrian Peterson (hamstring) is probable and offensive tackle Matt Kalil (toe) is questionable for Sunday's game.

17. Raiders center Rodney Hudson (ankle) was limited at practice Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday. Safety Charles Woodson (shoulder) was a full participant at practice and is listed as probable.

18. Rams defensive end Robert Quinn (hip) has been downgraded to out. Fellow defensive end Chris Long (knee) are listed as questionable for Sunday versus the Ravens. Also, tight end Justice Cunningham (finger) is listed as questionable. Offensive tackle Rob Havenstein (calf) is doubtful. Center Tim Barnes (concussion) is probable.

19. Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch (abdomen) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the 49ers after being limited in practice Friday. Wide receiver Paul Richardson (hamstring) and linebacker Bruce Irvin (knee) are both ruled out.
