The Titans have signed their top pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.
NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported Wednesday that Tennessee and cornerback Caleb Farley agreed to a four-year rookie contract worth $13.495M fully guaranteed. The team later announced the signing.
A highly-touted prospect entering April's draft, Farley's stock took a bit of a hit after the 22-year-old underwent back surgery in March, causing him to miss his pro day.
Even with the procedure looming, the Virginia Tech product was expected to still be selected in the first round. And while it wasn't in the top 10 or 15, his slide stopped at No. 22 where the Titans were fortunate enough to nab the talented defender.
As his rehab process continues, Farley said last month that NFL doctors confirmed he'd be ready for the 2021 season. Should things go according to plan, Farley should inject a needed boost of energy into the Titans' secondary come Week 1.
Tennessee announced it has also agreed to terms with second-round offensive tackle Dillon Radunz, fourth-round wideout Dez Fitzpatrick, sixth-round wideout Racey McMath and sixth-round safety Brady Breeze.

Lawrence is still recovering from labrum surgery on his non-throwing shoulder, but all signs suggest his rehab is going well and that he should be ready for training camp.

Washington's remaining picks and now signees are offensive tackle Samuel Cosmi (second round; Texas), defensive back Benjamin St-Juste (third round; Minnesota), wide receiver Dyami Brown (third round; North Carolina), tight end John Bates (fourth round; Boise State), safety Darrick Forrest (fifth round; Cincinnati), long snapper Camaron Cheeseman (sixth round; Michigan), defensive end William Bradley-King (seventh round; Baylor) defensive end Shaka Toney (seventh round; Penn State), and wide receiver Dax Milne (seventh round; BYU).
- The Buffalo Bills announced the signings of 2021 draft picks defensive end Carlos "Boogie" Basham Jr. (No. 61), offensive lineman Tommy Doyle (No. 161), receiver Marquez Stevenson (No. 203), cornerback Rachad Wildgoose (No. 213) and OL Jack Anderson (No. 236). The team also signed linebacker Mike Bell and OL Steven Gonzalez to one-year deals.
- The New England Patriots are hosting former Bengals and Cardinals cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick today, Rapoport reported, per a source. The Pats also worked out former Bengals guard Alex Redmond , NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reported, per a source.
- The Indianapolis Colts are signing kicker Eddy Pineiro to a one-year deal, per Rapoport via agent Drew Rosenhaus. Pineiro all of last season on injured reserve after making 23 of 28 field-goal attempts for the Bears in 2019.
- The Carolina Panthers announced the signings of six 2021 draft picks to rookie deals: fourth-round running back Chuba Hubbard, fifth-round defensive tackle Daviyon Nixon and cornerback Keith Taylor Jr., and sixth-round offensive lineman Deonte Brown, receiver Shi Smith and long-snapper Thomas Fletcher.
- The Baltimore Ravens signed four of their 2021 draft picks: first-round wide receiver Rashod Bateman, fifth-round linebacker Daelin Hayes, fifth-round tight end Ben Mason and fifth-round defensive back Shaun Wade. Baltimore also signed nine undrafted free-agents, including receiver Donte Sylencieux. A standout for three seasons at Graceland University (NAIA), Sylencieux is considered a long-shot to make the team but does boast a unique connection to Lamar Jackson. Sylencieux was Jackson's favorite target when the duo played together for two seasons at Boynton Beach Community High School in Florida.
- The Kansas City Chiefs traded a 2022 sixth-round pick for Vikings cornerback Mike Hughes and a 2022 seventh-rounder, per Rapoport. Hughes was Minnesota's first-round pick in 2018 but was unable to become a full-time starter. He was limited to just four games last year because of injury. Kansas City signed all six of their 2021 draft picks: second-round linebacker Nick Bolton, second-round center Creed Humphrey, fourth-round defensive end Joshua Kaindoh, fifth-round tight end Noah Gray, fifth-round wideout Cornell Powell and sixth-round guard Trey Smith.
- The San Francisco 49ers announced they have signed five of their 2021 draft picks: second-round offensive lineman Aaron Banks, fifth-round offensive lineman Jaylon Moore, fifth-round defensive back Deommodore Lenoir, fifth-round safety Talanoa Hufanga and sixth-round running back Elijah Mitchell.
- The New York Giants announced they have signed three 2021 draft picks: second-round linebacker Azeez Ojulari, sixth-round running back Gary Brightwell and sixth-round cornerback Rodarius Williams. New York also waived defensive end Breeland Speaks.
- The Denver Broncos announced they have officially signed offensive tackle Bobby Massie to a one-year deal and they're also signing offensive tackle Cameron Fleming to a one year deal worth up to $3.67 million, Pelissero reported. Both signings come following starting right tackle Ja'Wuan James tearing his Achilles and being placed on the non-football injury list. Fleming started all 16 games last season for the Giants and previously played for the Patriots and Cowboys.
- The Cleveland Browns announced the signings of three 2021 draft picks: fifth-round linebacker Tony Fields II, fifth-round safety Richard LeCounte III and sixth-round running back Demetric Felton.
- The Miami Dolphins signed a pair of their 2021 draft picks: seventh-round offensive tackle Larnel Coleman and seventh-round running back Gerrid Doaks.
- The New York Jets claimed running back Austin Walter off waivers from the 49ers and waived running back Pete Guerriero.
- The Houston Texans signed three 2021 draft picks: third-round wide receiver Nico Collins, fifth-round tight end Brevin Jordan and sixth-round defensive lineman Roy Lopez.
- The Atlanta Falcons were awarded offensive lineman Sam Jones off waivers from the Colts. The team also signed tight end Parker Hesse.
