Taylor Lewan, Tennessee Titans reach rookie deal

All 256 players from the 2014 NFL Draft class are under contract.

The Tennessee Titans announced that No. 11 overall pick Taylor Lewan has agreed to terms on a four-year contract with a team option for the fifth year.

Contracts of all draft picks have been slotted ever since the 2011 collective bargaining agreement, which has rendered the rookie training-camp holdout obsolete.

One of the most surprising of this year's draft picks, Lewan is slated for backup duty behind left tackle Michael Roos and right tackle Michael Oher unless he blows away the coaching staff in training camp.

If Lewan and Oher both impress over the next month, it will be interesting to see if the Titans make Roos available for trade in the final year of his contract.

The latest "Around The League Podcast" offers up team-by-team training camp previews of the NFC East and NFC West.
