Texans WR Johnson in lineup vs. Jaguars after six-game layoff

Wide receiver Andre Johnson was active Sunday at Jacksonville, marking his first game back in the Houston Texans' lineup since Oct. 2.

Johnson, a five-time Pro Bowl selection, missed six games with a hamstring injury. It's the most time he has missed in a season since 2007.

Safety Danieal Manning also returned to the Texans' lineup after missing three games with an ankle injury. Houston was without cornerback Brandon Harris, fullback Lawrence Vickers, guard Thomas Austin, offensive tackle Andrew Gardner, tight end Garrett Graham, defensive end Tim Bulman and newly signed quarterback Kellen Clemens.

The Jaguars didn't have defensive end Aaron Kampman for the third consecutive game, leaving the team down three defensive linemen. Defensive tackle Terrance Knighton and defensive end Matt Roth were ruled out Friday.

Kampman is dealing with a hamstring injury. He also missed the first five games of the season while recovering from a knee surgery.

Wide receiver Brian Robiskie, tight end Fendi Onobun and newly signed quarterback Dan LeFevour were also ruled inactive for the Jaguars.
