Tom Brady throws touchdown pass to ... Matt Lengel?

The New England Patriots are pawing at the New York Jets like a grizzly bear with a kitten.

Tom Brady threw three touchdown passes in the first half as the Pats built a 27-0 halftime lead over Todd Bowles' band of sleepwalkers. For Brady's second scoring throw, he targeted a third-string tight end who entered the game with zero career catches.

Matt Lengel, welcome to the NFL.

Lengel, a member of Boston-based Northeastern University's final football team back in 2009, is the 64th player to catch a touchdown pass from Tom Brady. Something tells me this ball will have a high-profile place in his living room until the end.
