Veteran Galloway to add depth at WR for Redskins

Veteran receiver Joey Galloway plans to sign a one-year deal with the Washington Redskins on Thursday, according to a league source.

Galloway, who will be entering his 16th NFL season, spent time with the New England Patriots and Pittsburgh Steelers in 2009. The Redskins will be his sixth NFL team.

He has 689 career receptions for 10,777 yards and 77 touchdowns.
