Injury roundup: Colts place Ahmad Bradshaw on IR

After signing former Browns star Josh Cribbs, the Indianapolis Colts on Tuesday ended the season of Ahmad Bradshaw.

As expected, the team placed the veteran running back on season-ending injured reserve with the broken leg he suffered in Sunday night's loss to the New England Patriots.

With Bradshaw out of the mix, the Colts will beg Trent Richardson to finally make good on the trade that saw Indy ship a first-round pick to Cleveland last season in exchange for the former Alabama star.

With Richardson hovering around 3.4 yards per carry, the Colts also have been singled out as a potential suitor for Ben Tate, yet another Browns player on the street after being released by Cleveland in a surprise move on Tuesday. Teams around the league have a chance to snatch up Tate off waivers before he becomes a free agent.

Other injury news we're tracking on this fine Tuesday:
