SIGNINGS
- G Dalton Risner re-signed with Cincinnati on a one-year contract, the team announced Monday. Risner, 30, was set to hit free agency ahead of his eighth season in the NFL. He played 14 games for Cincinnati in 2025.

- OT Tytus Howard will be acquired from the Texans in exchange for a fifth-round pick, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported Monday. Howard will sign a three-year, $63 million extension with the Browns, Rapoport added.

- RB David Montgomery will be traded to the Texans in exchange for a fourth-round pick, OL Juice Scruggs and a seventh-round pick, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapopot, Tom Pelissero and Mike Garafolo reported.

- OL Graham Glasgow, who made 103 starts for the Lions across two different stints, was released. Glasgow's release will save $5.5 million against the salary cap.
