Watson underwent an additional MRI on Monday, which showed no additional damage to his right shoulder, NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero reported on Tuesday night. Watson is dealing with a muscle strain in his throwing shoulder, which causes pain and weakness in his rotator cuff, per Pelissero.
